WORLD CLASS FITNESS IN 100 WORDS

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

15 box jumps
12 pull-ups
10 med ball cleans

Not sure who's coming tonight, I do think Chase and Jason Lee said they would be there.  We had a good workout last night, but missed a lot of you guys.  Remember, anyone can come, we start you out very slowly if it's your first time.  It doesn't matter if your not in shape, this is how you get there.  Hope to see more of you there.

  1. Jason and I will be there. He does have the calendar thing for B shift, but I want to come work out. I've been sick, so please don't point and laugh at my sorry a, as I pant from exercise to exercise!
